Return Policies

Unused merchandise purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt. We are unable to issue a refund for shipping charges. All clearance, sale and closeout items are final.

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Items not returned in this condition could be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

Please contact Mountain to Sound Outfitters at (206) 935-7669 or by email at info@m2soutfitters.com for special order returns. These returns are at the discretion of Mountain To Sound Outfitters staff. Special order cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.

Warranty Returns:
After 30 days please contact the manufacturer directly concerning warranty items. If you need help contacting or dealing with a manufacturer, contact us and we will act as mediator, but will not be responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties.
