Our annual gear swap is back! The gear swap is a great way to sell your used gear and get amazing deals on new gear. The swap itself will be held on Saturday, March 15th and Sunday, March 16th.
Drop off for items is on Friday, March 14 from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm or on Saturday, March 15 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. We will not accept any items after that time.
There will be a great selection of skis, snowboards, boots, clothing, kayaks, SUPs, accessories and more!
Register for the swap online!You can now register the items you'd like to sell, print your own tags and keep track of which items were sold. There is a $5.00 registration fee.
Helpful tips: Remember your consignor number! It will be what you use to login to the consignor site to add your items and check on your sold items.
Please read our seller agreement in its entirety. It contains important information about drop-off and pick-up times.
Once you pay the registration fee you will be redirected to the consignor login page. After you log in, you will be brought to the consignor home page. To add items/print tags, click on the link on the right side of the screen that says "Work with consigned inventory".
When you bring your items in for the swap, they must all be tagged. Mountain to Sound Outfitters is not responsible for mislabeled items.
West Seattle Gear Swap Seller Agreement:
All items must be registered online or in-store by 11:59 PM on Friday, March 14th, 2014. We will not accept items after that time.
You can drop off your items on Friday, March 14th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or on Saturday, March 15th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Please make sure that all item descriptions are filled out clearly and accurately and be sure to write the size of the item on its respective tag.
All remaining items and checks/store credit MUST be picked up by 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Any unclaimed items and checks/store credit will be donated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you would like a check for the amount your items sell for, 30% will go to M2S to cover event costs. If you choose store credit, you will receive 100% of the amount owed. For any checks over $600, we will have you fill out a W-9 form.
