Custom Bootfitting

The most important piece of equipment is a properly fitted pair of ski and/or snowboard boots. At Mountain to Sound Outfitters the size of the boot comes easily, but fitting the shape of the boot to the shape of your foot is of the utmost importance. We guarantee our fit for one ski/snowboard season. Some boots do take fine-tuning, so please do not hesitate to bring your boots in after 3-5 days of initial use if you feel any discomfort. Boots purchased within the same season will incur zero labor fee, but may incur a material fee, i.e. pads, wraps, shims, lifts, or foot beds.

PLEASE READ :

* Based on demand at the time of equipment drop off, the minimum wait period is 3 days for boot work.

** We understand there are unfortunate circumstances which may delay your ability to pick up your equipment, but due to the nature of our business, we are unable to take on the role of an equipment storage facility. Mountain to Sound Outfitters will provide a 5 day grace period for finished service equipment beyond the service ticket due date. After the 5th day, Mountain to Sound Outfitters will charge a $5/day storage fee. We appreciate your business and it is our pleasure to assist you!
